WALTER CRUICKSHANK, Deputy Director, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) assists BOEMRE’s director in the administration of programs to manage energy and mineral resources located on the nation’s Outer Continental Shelf, including the exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas and renewable energy.
