Commission Announces Agenda for November 8-9 Public Hearing

The National Oil Spill Commission and its Chief Counsel Fred Bartlit will hold a two-day public hearing on preliminary findings regarding BP’s Macondo well blowout.  The primary focus of the hearing will be on the causes of the rig explosion.
