Oil Spill Commission to Hold Deliberative Meeting on Dec. 2^ndand 3^rd;
Agenda Announced

What:  National Oil Spill Commissioners and Commission staff will discuss and deliberate on draft findings related to the root causes of the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster and options to guard against and mitigate the impacts of future spills.

When:  Thurs., Dec. 2^nd(9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Fri., Dec. 3^rd(9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Where:  1777 F St. NW, Washington D.C. 

Format:  Commissioners will hear reports from staff and discuss issues pertaining to the Gulf spill.  Interested press and members of the public will be able to watch the deliberations live either from a TV-viewing room at the meeting facility or via the webcast at www.OilSpillCommission.gov.

Broadcast media:  Video and audio of the deliberations will be provided by the Commission via a live feed accessible for transmission by contacting Walton Smith at smith_walton@bah.comor Joel Rozinsky at jrozinsky@cfr.org.
